Group Process
Group Process offers a unique, collaborative environment for healing and personal growth. In these sessions we connect, share and learn from each other.
Connecting with others who share similar challenges can create a deep sense of belonging and emotional relief. The collective wisdom of the group can also provide diverse perspectives, fresh insights and offer constructive feedback, helping you to develop self-awareness and refine your coping strategies.
By paying attention to how we interact in the group, we naturally improve our communication, emotional regulation, and conflict resolution skills. The group setting provides a safe space to practice essential skills like active listening, expressing needs clearly, and setting healthy boundaries. As you engage with others in the group, you can practice building trust and problem-solving within relationships. Over time, these skills can strengthen both your personal and professional connections, fostering deeper, more meaningful relationships.

Online Group Therapy
In this weekly group therapy process we utilise the principles of Gestalt as a way of understanding ourselves, our relationships and our place in the world. Group members can expect to:
deepen self awareness - focusing on thoughts, feelings and sensations arising in the present moment
develop authenticity - sharing openly and honestly without judgment, giving and receiving mindful feedback
explore relational dynamics - tending to what is emerging in the relationships between group members, exploring patterns in behaviour, communication, and emotional responses
work through moments of conflict or challenge - whilst this can be a challenging aspect of group therapy it can lead to release of repressed emotion and develop our capacity for managing conflict in our personal lives. Conflict can be productive and creative, a way to move us out of stuck dynamics
feel a deep sense of connection - offering mutual support, validation and understanding
These sessions can be incredibly rich, connective experiences. We explore a range of personal themes and how they emerge in the present moment of the group process. These may typically include: purpose, growth, authenticity, trust, love, intimacy, sexuality, belonging, isolation, identity, difference, vulnerability, joy, anger, fear, loss, grief, shame, guilt, anxiety - and many more aspects of the human experience.
We meet remotely on Wednesdays from 18:00 - 20:00 (2 hour group with 15 min break) - the group is open to new members each week and a minimum commitment of 4 weeks is expected, £45 per session.
